Pogoda na Cyprze zmienia się coraz szybciej. Każdego dnia pada deszcz (dzisiaj np. przez kilka godzin), pojawiają się burze. W dzień jest około 28-34 stopni Celsjusza, wieczory są już chłodniejsze, ale temperatura nie spada wieczorami poniżej 20 stopni Celsjusza. T-shirty, krótkie spodenki, klapki i okulary przeciwsłoneczne to wciąż podstawowe elementy ubioru - tak, pomimo deszczu, Cypr to wciąż słoneczna wyspa! Zapomnij jednak o plażowaniu i kąpieli w morzu. Pomyśl o zwiedzaniu, atrakcji turystycznych jest tutaj mnóstwo.
Pomimo, że pogoda się zmieniła, to klimatyzacja jest czasem wciąż potrzebna, zwłaszcza wieczorem, gdy w dzień zdarzy się wysoka temperatura.
Deszcze sprzyjają pojawianiu się komarów, które zaczynają być coraz bardziej uciążliwe.
The weather in Cyprus is changing faster and faster. Every day it rains (today eg. for a few hours), there are storms. During the day is about 28-34 degrees Celsius, the evenings are now cooler, but the temperature does not drop at night below 20 degrees Celsius. T-shirts, shorts, flip-flops and sunglasses are still the basic items of clothing - yes, despite the rain, Cyprus is still sunny island! But forget about sunbathing and swimming in the sea. Think about sightseeing, attractions here are a lot. Although the weather has changed, the air conditioning is sometimes still needed, especially in the evening when the day happens to high temperature. The rains increase the presence of mosquitoes that are becoming more disturbing.

Na Cyprze nie istnieje komunikacja kolejowa. Pomiędzy głównymi miastami kursują autobusy, busy.
Na północnej części wyspy istnieją połączenia obsługiwane przez busy (nazywane "dolmuş") pomiędzy miastami: Famagusta, Nikozja, Kyrenia.

Pogoda na Cyprze/Weather in Cyprus/Kıbrıs'ta hava durumu (05.10.2015 r.)
Pogoda na Cyprze wciąż dopisuje. W dzień jest ponad 30 stopni Celsjusza, można kąpać się w morzu (chociaż woda w morzu jest już chłodniejsza), czy też opalać się na plaży. Podczas dnia i wieczorem zaczynają pojawiać się chmury.

Turecka Republika Cypru Północnego jest państwem nieuznawanym. Kraj jest uznany jedynie przez Turcję, Nachiczewańską Republikę Autonomiczną i Organizację Współpracy Islamskiej. Jak wygląda więc jej gospodarka?
Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus is not a recognized country. The country is recognized only by Turkey, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation. So, how is its economy?
Podstawowe dane ekonomiczne:
- w 2014 r. PKB wyniósł 4,273 mld dolarów. Niewiele, ale należy pamiętać, że kraj jest zamieszkany przez około 300 tysięcy ludzi (dane z 2011 r.),
- wzrost gospodarczy wyniósł w 2014 r. 3,7 %, co jest dość imponującym wynikiem. Kiedy jednak sięgniemy lat 2001-2005 możemy zobaczyć, że w 2004 r. wzrost gospodarczy wyniósł 11,4 %, a w 2005 r. wzrost gospodarczy wyniósł 15,4 %! W latach 2002-2007 PKB na osobę więcej niż potroił się,
- inflacja w czerwcu 2015 r. wynosiła 3,18 %,
- stopa bezrobocia w 2014 r. wynosiła 8,3 %.
Basic economic data:
- in 2014 GDP amounted to 4.273 billion dollars. Not much, but keep in mind that the country is inhabited by about 300,000 people (data from 2011),
- the economy grew in 2014 3.7%, which is quite impressive result. But when we look back the years 2001-2005, we can see that in 2004. Growth was 11.4% in 2005. Growth amounted to 15.4%! In 2002-2007 GDP per capita more than tripled,
- inflation in June 2015 amounted to 3.18%,
- the unemployment rate in 2014 was 8.3%.
W gospodarce Północnego Cypru dominuje sektor usług (69 % PKB w 2007 r.), przemysł wniósł 22 % do PKB (dane z 2007 r.), natomiast rolnictwo - 9 % (dane z 2007 r.).
The economy of Northern Cyprus is dominated by the service sector (69% of GDP in 2007), the industry contributed 22% to GDP (2007 data), while agriculture - 9% (2007 data).
Handel: eksport w 2014 r. wyniósł 131 mln dolarów (wzrost o 11,9 % w porównaniu do 2013 r.). W 2010 r. eksport wyniósł 96 mln dolarów. Główne rynki zbytu to Turcja, kraje Bliskiego Wschodu i Unii Europejskiej. W eksporcie dominują cytrusy, produkty mleczne, raki i złom (dane z 2010 r.).
Import w 2014 r. wyniósł 1,512 mld dolarów (wzrost o 3,6 % w porównaniu do 2013 r.). Główne źródło importu to Turcja.
Trade: exports in 2014 amounted to 131 million dollars (an increase of 11.9% compared to 2013.). In 2010, exports amounted to 96 million dollars. The main markets are Turkey, Middle East and European Union. The export is dominated by citrus fruits, dairy products, Raki and scrap (2010 data.).
Imports in 2014 amounted to 1.512 billion dollars (an increase of 3.6% compared to 2013.). The main source of imports is Turkey.

Edukacja: na Cyprze Północnym działa 9 uniwersytetów, w których studiowało w 2014 r. ponad 70 tysięcy osób. 3 uniwersytety znajdują się w Nikozji, 2 w Famaguście, 2 w Kirenii i 2 w Guzelyurt.

Koniec cypryjskiego lata?/End of the Cypriot summer?/Kıbrıs Yaz Sonu?
Pogoda na Cyprze zaczyna się zmieniać. W dzień zaczynają pojawiać się chmury, a wieczory i noce stają się trochę chłodniejsze, więcej ludzi widzisz na ulicach .... koniec lata?

Kıbrıs'da hava değişmeye başladı. Gün içerisinde bulutlar belirmeye başladı ve akşamları ve geceleri biraz serin, sokaklarda gördüğünüz kişiler fazlalasti ....yaz sonu mu geliyor aceba?

8 bezdomnych psów szuka właściciela - cd./8 homeless dogs looking for the owner - continued/8 evsiz köpek sahibini arıyor...
Pamiętacie zdjęcia ósemki bezdomnych psów i apel o pomoc, który został tutaj zamieszczony?
Staraliśmy się znaleźć im dom, w krótkim czasie ludzie wrzucili m.in. dużo zdjęć całej ósemki na fejsbuk. I w końcu w ciągu ostatnich kilku dni coś się zmieniło: trzy małe pieski znalazły opiekę, jeden mały piesek znalazł właściciela, a dzisiaj zabraliśmy jednego (tego małego, kudłatego) psa, którego nazwaliśmy Toffik, do weterynarza. Skrócili mu tam futro, wymyli i dali zastrzyk, który m.in. pomógł pozbyć się insektów, które go nękały. Btw, okazało się, że nie jest to on, ale ona, w dodatku młoda, ok. 1,5 roku.
Weterynarz dał nam dużą zniżkę, gdy dowiedział się, że jest to bezdomny pies. Teraz Toffik, a raczej lady Toffy wygląda trochę inaczej, ale wydaje się szczęśliwsza.
Przed chwilą cała czwórka, która jeszcze pozostaje bezdomna dostała duuuuużą kolację.
Reasumując: tutaj ludzie pomagają zwierzętom i jest to bardzo budujące :)
Remember the pictures of eight homeless dogs and an appeal for help that was posted here?
We tried to find them a home in a short time, people threw, among others, a lot of pictures across facebook. And finally in the last few days things have changed: the three little dogs were cared for, a little dog found the owner, and today we took one (this small, furry) dog, whom we called Toffik, to the vet. There shortened his fur, showered and gave an injection, which, among others, helped get rid of the insects that plagued him. Btw, it turned out that it was not he, but she, in addition young approx. 1.5 years.
The vet gave us a great discount when he learned that it is a homeless dog. Now Toffik, or rather lady Toffy looks a little different, but seems to be happier.
A moment ago, the four that still remain homeless got big dinner.
To sum up: here people help animals and this is very encouraging :)

Biz insanlar, diğerlerinin yanı sıra, facebook genelinde pek çok resim attık, kısa bir süre içinde onlara bir ev bulmak için çalıştık. Ve nihayet son birkaç gün içinde işler değişti: üç küçük köpekler bakım evine verildi, küçük bir köpek sahibini buldu ve bugün veterinere, biz Toffik denilen (bu küçük, tüylü) köpeği götürdük. Orada saçları kesildi, yıkandı, onu rahatsız böcekler kurtulmak yardımcı bir iğne verdi. Bu arada, bu yaklaşık genç ilaveten, erkek olmadığı ortaya çıktı, ama o. 1.5 yaşında bir bayan. Weekend!
Leniwa sobota, to coś co lubię.
Gdy wstaniesz, wyłączasz klimatyzację i możesz pospać jeszcze chwilę dłużej.
Potem jednak czeka cię w końcu zderzenie z rzeczywistością za oknem, czyli otwierasz balkon i następuje uderzenie gorąca.
Tak, to Cypr w sierpniu....
Najlepiej więc jest pójść na plażę, jest szansa, że po południu może będzie tam chłodniej ;)
